Q. I have friends who aren't students. Are they welcome to come?
A. Although non-students are welcome on our skiing trips, there are much fewer spaces available on BreakOut Freshers due to limited accommodation availability in Amsterdam. For this reason we are keeping BreakOut Freshers as a student only trip. Exceptions are possible - send us an email.
Q. Can I become a representative/promotor for my University?

Q. How can my friends and I make sure we get a place?
A. By joining the facebook group, you will be the first to hear about the opening date for bookings, and can therefore book your place within minutes of the booking page opening.
Q. What is the cancellation policy?
A. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions which can be accessed from the 'About Usl' section of this website.
Q. Do I have to pay a fee to have someone take my place?
A. No. We believe that it makes no sense for companies to charge an 'administration fee' for a name change, since it requires only 10 seconds of our time to change the name of a booking. Student Travel Tours Ltd is run for students, by students; we will not charge administration fees for things like this.
Q. I am an international student, without a British or EU passport. Do I require a visa?

Q. Do I need insurance?
A. Yes. Personal travel Insurance is compulsory on this trip. Click here to find out about travel insurance from our insurance partner.
Q. Is Student Travel Tours a bonded operator and is my money safe?
A. Yes. We are a member of the Travel Trust Association (Membership No. U6517) and adhere to all DTI regulations. Any money paid to Student Travel Tours is held in a third party trustee account managed by the Travel Trust Association, and cannot be accessed by Student Travel Tours until your safe return. This means that your money is safely returned to you if for whatever unlikely reason we are unable to deliver the services for which you paid.
